Windows and Rooflights Ltd. (WRL) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to third parties in ways other than those disclosed in this policy. WRL collects information from our users at several different points on our websites.

WRL is a company registered in Ireland. Our sites include our main website(s), blog and social media pages.

E-MAIL ALERTS

If a user wishes to subscribe to our alerts, updates, briefings etc. we ask for contact and delivery information such as name and e-mail address. All of these e-mail lists provide opt out facilities with each e-mail broadcast. In some cases the user is asked to provide optional demographic and personal interest information that is used to keep our content as relevant as possible.

We do share information obtained on our website with third parties.

CONTACT US

We request information from the user on our contact forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and address). This information is used to respond to the customer’s enquiry. If we have trouble replying to a customer, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

SECURITY

This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

SITE AND SERVICE UPDATES

We will send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via e-mail or phone.

CORRECTION/UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can be done by e-mailing the site editor.

CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. Users who no longer wish to receive a newsletter/alert/briefing etc. may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying to the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.

WRL will seek to advise all users if we change our privacy policy.
